Goods Delivery

Orders are delivered in secure packaging, with an estimated delivery timeframe of 5 –15 days. In the unlikely event that your order does not arrive within a reasonable time, please contact us via email and include your order number for assistance.

Delivery Time:

US Domestic Shipping: 5–8 days

International Shipping: 12–15 days

In rare cases, shipping delays may occur. If this happens, please notify us so we can attempt to track your package. If your order has not arrived within 30 days from the shipping date and you have not received a seizure notice, contact us for further instructions.

Shipping Information

All orders are shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays.

Claims and Refunds

If you have not received your order within 30 days of shipment and have not received a seizure notice, please contact us for further guidance.

If an incorrect or faulty product is received, we will replace it upon return of the item. If replacement is not possible, a full refund will be issued.

In cases where goods are seized by customs, reshipment cannot occur until you provide a scanned copy of the seizure letter and accompanying documents via our support system.

International Duty and Import Laws

It is the customer's responsibility to determine whether the purchase and importation of products from this website comply with local laws and regulations.
